Total Commitment to Quality

Quality is a non-negotiable at Pharmapac. To conform to the criteria governing our Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) licenses, we ensure that GMP standards are enforced throughout our operation. Some of the cornerstones of our quality policy include:

  • Our in-house Self Improvement Programme – all employees are encouraged to identify opportunities for improvement which are evaluated by the steering group on a monthly basis.
  • Systems and procedures – to ensure the integrity of your product, daily quality inspections are carried out on all aspects of the business.
  • Compiling Quality (QA) or Technical (TA) – agreements with all our customers
  • Continuous training – all team members are fully trained in our quality system under the guidance of a  dedicated Quality Team.

We are committed to maintaining compliance with GMP standards and to continually improve our service. We achieve this through implementation of our robust self-improvement programme, combined with the skills, experience, training and input of all of our staff.


Our clients are assured of daily inspection of product handling – as well as monitoring of quality performance in the production process. We are vigilant about good hygiene, housekeeping and work practices  at all times.


We promote an awareness of quality issues with our staff, and make sure all employees are trained, and are competent in, quality, health and safety matters.


In order to ensure the continued quality of our finished product, as well as our customer service – we strive to improve operations wherever we can.
